2. Upload Artwork

After you select your desired printing quantity by adding it to cart, the platform will direct you to the shopping-cart page. You will need to upload your artwork to our cloud storage. The diagram below shown how it work

You can click the “Proceed to Checkout” button to continue after the submission of artwork.

3. Fill In Your Shipping Address & Make Payment

It is similar to Shopee or Lazada, you need to let us know your shipping address. You will need to login before you select or add the billing and shipping address.

You can make payment after filling in the address. SenangPrint has 3 payment options, they are payment gateway, bank transfer and Senang Credit. Let me explain it one by one

3.1 Payment Gateway

You can make payment through our third party payment gateway, SenangPay. They provide FPX payment, debit and credit card payment system. It is similar to make payment at Shopee and Lazada.

3.2 Bank Transfer

You can pay through traditional bank transfer or online banking. You will be needed to upload your payment receipt to our system as a prove. We strongly suggest you to use instant transfer but not IBG transfer, because we will only proceed to print upon the we receive the payment. Therefore, IBG transfer may delay the lead time because normally it take 1 working day for the bank to transfer the money.

3.3 Senang Credit

Senang Credit Payment is a Pay-in-advance payment method. In simple words, it is similar to the prepaid plan of Digi, Maxis and Celcom. If you need to print frequently, we strongly to encourage you to top-up in advance.

Benefit 1 : Convenience : If you need to print frequently, it is not convenient to continue to pay through the payment gateway or upload a payment receipt. Senang Credit allow you pay with a single click. (if you have enough credits)

4. Check Your Order Status

After you success to make payment, you can check your order status from the platform. Normally the platform will proceed to print your product directly without informing you, if your artwork is suit to print. You can now let the platform handle everything and wait for the parcel delivered by courier company.

If your artwork is not suitable to print, most of the printing platform’s customer support will call you to inform the issue. You will need to fix the issue and re-upload the artwork.

If you want to save to save costs, you probably need to do it yourself. We will recommend you to use Canva to make the design. Canva is a free graphic design platform dedicated for non-professional designer. It is power point-liked software (PPT) with a lot of ready templates, photos and elements. If you know how to use power point, you will definitely a piece of cake for you.
